We provide professional moving, storage, and related services directly to residential and commercial customers, including assistance with obtaining estimates, scheduling services, and coordinating moves from start to finish.

• Apartment and senior moving
• Packing and unpacking services
• Short-term and long-term storage
• Seasonal storage
• Labor-only moving assistance
• Piano moving and specialty item handling
• White glove delivery services
• Warehousing, FF&E logistics and distribution
• International moving
• Realtor support and staging services
• Healthcare and restoration moving
• Receiving, inspection, and assembly services

3. Communication Consent

By submitting your information through our website, forms, phone calls, or any other communication channel, you agree to receive phone calls, SMS text messages, emails, and other communications from Summit Moving & Storage related to your inquiry and requested services. 5. Estimates and Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided by Summit Moving & Storage are based on information provided by the customer at the time of inquiry. As required by the Public Utilities Commission of Ohio (PUCO), we provide written estimates for all qualifying moves. Final pricing may vary based on actual move conditions, access, weight, distance, or additional services requested on moving day. We will communicate any adjustments before performing additional services.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that moving plans change. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Specific cancellation and deposit terms will be outlined in your service agreement at the time of booking.

7. Liability

Summit Moving & Storage carries proper licensing and insurance as required by applicable state and federal regulations. Our USDOT number is 3521457, PUCO license number is 607230, and our MC number is 1169010. Liability for items transported is governed by your service agreement and applicable law. We are not liable for damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control or for items not disclosed at the time of service scheduling.

8. Items We Cannot Transport

For safety reasons, certain items cannot be loaded onto our trucks. These include, but are not limited to, alcohol, irreplaceable family heirlooms, scuba gear, grilling supplies, and other hazardous or perishable materials. Please contact us for a complete list prior to your move date.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Summit Moving & Storage website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Summit Moving, Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission.
